What is Graffiti?

Graffiti is best defined as anything that is seen as an image that is scratched, littered and is repainted in a manner of a property, specifically without the proper knowledge of the real owner or the proprietor.  It is usually considered to be any markings done publicly making it appear as simple written words or sketches.
